The house is a 3 bed, 2 bath, 1260 sq. ft. It is WIDE OPEN inside! It has a dining area just off the kitchen and also a
formal dining room off the living room. There is a huge tub and a walk in shower in the master bath. All appliances stay
except upright freezer.
The house has rural water, but there is also a well and a pond for stock watering.
There is a 90x120 arena and a 50' round corral.
The pastures are divided up into 4 smaller pastures that range from 1/2 acre to 7 acres, and 1 large pasture with a pond.
There is water piped to the barn and also two of the pastures.

The barn was built in 2005 by Diamond H. It is 40x50 with 12 foot walls, and has an attached 15x50 lean to on the east side.
It has 12x12 sliding doors on each end, one slider going in to the shed, and 4 sliders on the west side leading out of the
stalls. There are 4 10x12 walk out stalls lined with 3x12 planks. One stall is designed to be a single stall with an exterior
cross tie, or open the gate and make a 20x12 stall.
